Module 2 delves into Islamic Teachings on Gender Equality and Justice, presenting a theological basis for equity and fairness. The course examines Forms of GBV and Islamic Viewpoints, discussing the impact on individuals and communities, and highlighting Islamic Legal Frameworks and Protective Measures. It moves towards discussing Prevention and Intervention strategies from an Islamic perspective, emphasizing the role of faith in combating GBV. Finally, it addresses Support Systems for Survivors in the Islamic community, aiming to foster an environment of understanding, healing, and support.
